They were very clear about what was covered and what costs extra. There was no pressure. Dr. Herman was very throughout and was great at explaining the testing and the corrections that could be made for my concerns (driving at night, blurred vision). She even taught my daughter who accompanied me! I found Dr. Herman to be very personable and knowledgeable. She was able to correct my vision to the best I’ve had yet with contacts (20+ years). During check out my coverage was explained regarding the cost of contacts and the staff was extremely helpful with getting me the best rate! I am thankful I found this office!"
